1. Services Offered

IVT Fitness offers personalized workout plans with an optional upgrade to personalized meal plans. Additionally, we provide virtual personal trainers through our platform, where certified personal trainers can post their services and clients can hire them. IVT Fitness takes a 30% commission from the sales made by personal trainers on our platform.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when filling out the questionnaire provided during sign-up. This includes, but is not limited to, height, weight, allergies, disabilities, and medical restrictions. IVT Fitness is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by users. It is also the responsibility of users to inform their virtual personal trainers about any limitations or medical conditions. IVT Fitness holds no liability for these matters.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All services provided by IVT Fitness are downloadable and non-refundable. We do not offer any guarantees of results. The results advertised are not typical, and individual results may vary. We make no promises regarding weight loss, inches lost, or any health benefits. Every individual is different, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for anyone.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the IVT Fitness website are the sole property of IVT Fitness and its owners. Personal trainers are only allowed to post their services on our portal and are not permitted to use our name or likeness unless promoting on our social media pages or website with IVT Fitness’s permission.

5. Health Disclaimer

Users are required to provide accurate health information upfront in the questionnaire. It is their responsibility to inform us of any changes in their medical condition within 48 hours of any changes or new recommendations from their doctor. IVT Fitness will update the plan accordingly if notified within this timeframe.

6. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide customer information to any third parties for advertising or any other purposes. All customer data is used solely for our internal business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct

Users must adhere to the following conduct guidelines on our platform:

- No nudity or sexually explicit discussions, videos, or pictures.

- No foul language.

- No discrimination or any disrespectful behavior.

We expect all users and customers to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.

8. Limitations of Liability

IVT Fitness is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or negative outcomes that may result from following our fitness or meal plans. We are also not liable for the results, or lack thereof, from using our services. Any issues arising from interactions between virtual personal trainers and clients are not the responsibility of IVT Fitness. Additionally, IVT Fitness is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions on this page. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes.
